- Service existing accounts (modern trade), obtains orders and establish new accounts.
- To work closely with and maintain an excellent business relationship with customers.
- Conduct market research, identify opportunities and monitor development trends of market and propose new products to the management.
- Ensure and maintain sufficient stocks for the customers.
- Ensure the RSP (Retail Selling Price) is correct.
- Follow up and collect payment from customers based on credit term applied at a timely manner.
- Creating good products' display to maximize products' exposure.
- Perform duties to support Sales Department’s daily activities and other duties as assigned.

- Digital Marketing: Work closely with the Digital Marketing department to align brand strategies with online initiatives, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the Brand Manager may be required to undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the company to support the overall brand management and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager/ Marketing Executive or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

- Liaise with oversea suppliers for purchase order, arrange shipment, documentation, and negotiation.
- Monitoring respective products' stock inventory level.
- Arrange, monitor and follow up shipment and delivery.
- Liaise with agent forwarder, customers, and inter-department to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform data entry into the system (EDP data entries).
- Perform duties to support Purchasing department’s daily activities and other duties as assigned.
